What is Whatever-it-Takes Customer Support?

Whatever-it-Takes Customer Support is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a team of people who REALLY care about helping you achieve your dreams with Knowtify and who are willing to do Whatever-it-Takes to make sure this happens. We don’t think - just because we are a software company - that Customer Support is above us. In fact, we pride ourselves on it.

Am I able to send emails during my free trial?

Yes you are. We do limit accounts on trial to a total of 1,000 emails during the trial. We do this to insure that Knowtify doesn’t become a playground for Spammers.

But what if I want a longer time to test the product?

We do offer enterprise pilots for accounts larger than our All Star tier. Contact us at and we can work out a pilot program that fits your needs. If you are in a lower tier, you can also contact us at and let us why you need an extended trial and we’ll try to accommodate as best we can.

What happens if I go over the volume determined by my tier?

Not to worry. We don’t force you to upgrade if you fall between tiers. We have built in overage plans for this exact situation. See the pricing grid above for the overage prices.

Can I sign up for an annual contract?

Absolutely. And you’ll profit off that decision. Annual contracts receive a 20% discount off our regular monthly pricing. If you’d like to signup for an annual plan, just email us at after signing up for a monthly plan and we will take care of it.

Funny you should ask. We change this image to a new city every month. The first user who guesses the city correctly after we make the change (by emailing wins a $100 iTunes gift card! (this is a long way of saying, we can’t tell you what city it is - you have to guess!)
